Hi, I Had Knee Surgery 5 Weeks Ago, I've Had

Hi, i had knee surgery 5 weeks ago, i've had to walk with crutches. 2 weeks ago ive started getting severe pain on the outside of my left shoulder, especially when i lift my arm. According to the symptom checker, its probably a rotator cuff injury. What should i do?
