Hi, i had my first pregancy and miscarriage last January 2023. After 3 months, i was diagnosed with PCOS. Before my monthly cycle was from 30-35 days. Became 35-40 days, and this year became 40-45 days. Me and my husband are trying to conceive. What should i do? What medicines should i take?
