Could Hydrocodone Or Ibuprofen Cause Light Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi, i had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and i was prescribed hydrocodone and ib profein for pain meds. Today i woke up and had brown stringy discharge on my underwear and very light slightly tinted pink blood an hour later after i went pee. There is a chance of pregnancy because of unprotected sex 4 days before ovulation but i highly doubt it because my partner didnt finish in me. Is there a chance the hydrocodone could cause vagina bleeding? I only took one dose of it over 24 hours ago. But i have taken 3 more doses of ib profin
