Hi, I Had Pilonidals On My Ass For More Than

Hi,
i had pilonidals on my ass for more than six years ! Now I referred to doctor to get them surgeoned , I also had an inflammatory node in my groin from about four months ago!
Can this be caused by inflammations on my ass! ?

I dying of anxiety,
