Hi I Had Premoult N Tablet For 4 Days. After

Hi i had premoult n tablet for 4 days. After i stop taking the pil i did not have periods its more than a week. After one week from the date i stopped taking pills i came to know that im pregnant. Now im very much worried that does it effect my baby in future. Please suggest me do i continue with my pregnancy or do i need to abort the baby.
