Hi, i had some spotting and cramping. I went to ER to be told that I was 7 weeks. I had an ultrasound done, and also a radiation ultrasound done. and they told me they didnt see a baby and that I may have miscarried. My hcg was in the 42k. I honestly want to know that is it possible that its too early to because it was very light spotting and a very mild cramp. this is my first pregnancy
