Hi, I Had Some Trauma To My Penis A Couple

Hi, i had some trauma to my penis a couple months ago because of masturbation. I had bruising on both sides of the penis. I never went to the doctor, just kept it clean and some cream. It is healed on the shaft now, but now my penis head is very red and weeping. ... any ideas?
