Hi I Had To Have Stitches When I Had My

Hi i had to have stitches when i had my child that has been 3 weeks ago. Now i have this string of yellow coming out were my stitches are and one of my stitches has turned black next to my skin. They are disolving stitches and i had my child natural. What is it? I'm a very clean person so i hope its not infected
