Hi I Had Unprotected Sex A Couple Of Weeks Ago

Hi i had unprotected sex a couple of weeks ago ...later that night i took the morning after pill,and couple of days later i experinced some bleeding. Yesterday i took a pregnancy test jus to be safe, it was negitive. Tonight i experinced a light pink creamy discharge , but it stopped ....whats wrong with me
