Hi I Had Unprotected Sex About 10 Days Ago But

Hi i had unprotected sex about 10 days ago but recently my meatus became red and my left groin lymph node swollen. It doesnt burn when i urinate it is just itchy at the meatus and red. I also recieved oral sex in which the girl was rubbing her finger around my meatus the symptoms abruptly happened two days after the oral. Could this cause a bacterial infection and should i tell my doctor. I was prescribed azithromycin as well as fluconazole it has been 3 days and no change in my symptoms i really do not think it is an std.
