Can I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having A Light Period And Two Negative Pregnancy Tests?

Hi i had unprotected sex in my fertile days but my partner didnt ejaculate inside me. I got my period on the 28th day of my cycle but was light and only for 2 days. I did upt on that day it says negatuve and again i repeated it after 10 days , still negative. What are the chnaces that i am pregnant as i have tender breast from past 1.5 month , blated and pelvic pain.
