Hi I Had Used Prolifen Last Month For The First

Hi i had used prolifen last month for the first time for 5 days from 2nd to 6th day of menstural cycle but i didnt concived my doctor had prescribed me to take prolifen again in my upcoming menstrual cycle but i havent taken prolifen in next cycle does a skip dose will have any side effects on my fertility? Moreover my docter had checked size of my egg that was not so good but she had told me that folicles are grown so good by taking the prolifen medicine plz tell me is it normal ?
