Hi, I Have UTI For Four Days Now. I Know

Hi, i have UTI for four days now. i know definitely is not form the sex.I got cold and Took some antibiotics from dr but after i finish those antibiotics i got UT I. i just took AZO and I finished 12 tablet ,right now i do not burn when i go to restroom , but i cant hold the urine in my bladder and i go to restroom every 20 mins so i do not know do i have a infection? i do not have fever . please answer me thanks
