Hi I Have A 16 Yr Old Recently Diagnosed With

Hi i have a 16 yr old recently diagnosed with Klein Levin syndrome. He also carries the tags of Obstructive Sleep Opnea and Narcoleps. Surely these sleep disorders are all related?? He is now on three different medications and a CPAP machine. Do we just keep adding conditions or is it possible to fine tune into a realistic diagnosis
