Hi I Have A 4 Year Old Son Who Started

Hi i have a 4 year old son who started out with a simple case of diaper rash so i tried treating it with hydrocortisone cream/triple antibiotic cream and it has since gotten worse and now his butt crack has split from almost top to bottom. I've been keeping the area dry and applying triple antibiotic cream but it's not improving
