Hi, I Have A Bartholin Cyst For A Week Now.

Hi, i have a Bartholin cyst for a week now. Its grown to the size of a small grape. I am on day two of Flucloxacin and Ibuprofen. I see that the skin around it is starting to crinkle. The size is still the same. Do you think i should go to A+E to get it removed or wait a little longer and see if the meds do the job?
