Hi I Have A Hard Lump In The Crease Of

Hi i have a hard lump in the crease of my vaginal lips more in the pubic area and i dont know if its conected but im also very sore and sometimes itchy also i have very dark brown blood on the tissue when i wee but no dishcharge although its quite smelly.
