Hi I Have A Infection In My Tooth I Got

Hi i have a infection in my tooth i got put on penicillin for it but now i have white and black spots on my tonsils. I was wondering what it could be if it was sighs of more infection. It is very painful. If you could help with what i sould do or what it could be that would be great.
