Hi I Have A Lump That Appears On My Right

Hi i have a lump that appears on my right side of my throat when i yawn. Im wondering is this normal? I have had hodgkins lymphoma in the past however it was on my left side of my throat. I am in remission so this has me worried about needing to go in for a scan. Would very much appreciate some feedback.
