Hi I Have A Medical History Of Having 2 Miscarriage

Hi
i have a medical history of having 2 miscarriage due to spontaneous bleeding on completion of 6 weeks .
In between these 2 miscarriages I have a baby boy.
Previously I had right ovarian cyst which was removed surgically & now am diagnosed with a Left ovarian cyst.
.
Now I m 5 days late from my periods date.
But did pregnancy test which was negative ..
What should I do this time. Today I noticed a small brown dirty spot on a wipe. M really confused & tense.
I really need ur assistance in this regard please. .
