Hi, I Have A Nevus Of Ota Under My Eye.

Hi, i have a nevus of ota under my eye. It's in the shape of a cross. The horizontal part is bluish and the vertical part in brown. I have had several laser treatments through the years but nothing has worked. I most recently had six YAG laser sessions but it didn't really work. I usually cover it with make up but it's getting harder and harder to cover with age. I read about permanent make up tatooing and I wanted to hear your opinion.
