Is It Normal To Have Spotting And Pass A Small Clot With A Placental Hematoma At 16 Weeks, While On Bed Rest And Taking Prescribed Medications?

Hi, i have a placental Hematoma diagnosed at 10w volume 10ml, at 13w was 25ml and now in 16w, been spotting on and off red, brown, pink. I have passed a small clot l (2-3inch) this morning but no bleeding, cramps, pain or discomfort. Is it normal? I have been taking transmin 500mg now Also progesterones, vitamins, folic etc. i have been on bed rest since 6 weeks as well.
