Hi, I Have A Prolactinoma. I Suffered An Apoplexy A

Hi, i have a prolactinoma. I suffered an apoplexy a couple of months ago and since then the sympoms have got quite intense. The headaches are persistent, my periods have stopped, and when i get one, it is not "right" (very brown and short in duration). I have excess hair growing all over, and to top it off I now appear to have a leaky gut! I tried to eat good food but my gut doesn't want anything, i am neither hungry, nor full. So i have decided to fast. Herbal teas for 7 days. I would like to know if this is a suitable time. I just want my gut fixed so i can start taking appropriate adaptogens and blood cleansers! I am 165cm, 54kg. And aside from a lump in my head, massive hormonal imbalance and a leaky gut- incredibly fit.
