Hi, I Have A Question About A Head Injury I

Hi, i have a question about a head injury i got. In August of this year i had injury that made me lose consciousness. I did not get medical help until semptember because i delt with the pain. They diagnosed me with post concussion syndrom. It never got better even after seeing a neurologist. Recently in the past week i went to the ER because i pasted out again. They did a ct scan and a mri and both came out normal. The EEG came back ambnormal. Since I got out not much as changed i still have head aches all day long with the occasional stabbing pain, i can barley sleep at night, i have shortness of breath, and my emotions are all out of wack. What could this be?
