Hi I Have A Really Bad Rash I Have Been

Hi i have a really bad rash i have been to the doctor a few times she has prescribed creams and ointment for me but nothing is working lots of bumps and itching over my chest , neck , shoulders back and chest ...I need to know what to do..its been two months i cant take it anymore it looks really bad and its very itchy
