Hi I Have A Skin Tag On My Labia Major

Hi i have a skin tag on my labia major and hence for treatment i had few days ago applied tea tree oil directly on that after that it started irritating and my skin tag was not painful usually but after that i'm in constant pain because of it and the tag has become hard after that!! How do i get of that tag?
