Hi I Have A Slight But Persistent Irritation Nowadays That

Hi i have a slight but persistent irritation nowadays that I feel i have to go take a poop even after I spent a while in the bathroom. As per my observation i have encountered this since I have masturbated while sitting for excretion in indian style commode. I think it is not the poop that I sense which is touching my anus but maybe it is my rectum. Please can you help me understand what I am going through?
