Hi I Have A Small Sort Of Lump On My

Hi i have a small sort of lump on my mons lumis. It is a little sore and i have been able ro almost pop it once a small bit of puss came out however its not gone down and havent been able to pop since. It is a little sore but only when i touch it apart from that i wouldnt even know its there. Is this something to worry about
