Hi i have a sore area above my penis its tender to the touch and i can feel it standing up or laying or sitting like a steady sore feeling to me the area looks a little red and starts where the penis starts to the right side and up towards my hip at an angle. If i press kinda hard and move my hand around i feel almost like a muscle that is tight like a string in a way its hard to explain
