Hi, I Have A Sore Stiff Neck, Hurts When I

Hi, i have a sore stiff neck, hurts when i move from side to side, pain in my back, under my shoulder, right side! But the worst is the dizzy spell when i managed to fall into a seat or would have collapsed on the floor! And couldnt walk for 10 mins re unbalaance. This is recurring though mild ie waves of dizziness
