Hi, I Have A Sore Throat, Having Problems Swallowing, Running

Hi, i have a sore throat, having problems swallowing, running nose (down the throat as well), ear infections and producing massive amounts of saliva in my mouth. I ran a course of Amox for 7 days and it did little to nothing and i have some sort of steroid shot that helped for one day. My throat feels swollen and has some white patches. I do not have a fever, but it feels like i am really hot sometimes. Do you know what i have?
