Hi I Have A Trapped Nerve In My C4 Which

Hi i have a trapped nerve in my c4 which has cause sharp pain from my neck to my tricep and just right of my shoulder blade
I only get this pain in the tricep when i position my neck in one specific position
I do not get any neck or back pain
I have had a root sleeve nerve injection and this has freed ip the neck but still getting the sharp pains in my tricep

What option do i have moving forward so i can get full movement and start exercising again and remove this shooting pain in my tricep
