Hi, I Have A Vagina Problem. It Stinks, Nd Is

Hi, i have a vagina problem. It stinks, nd is constantly wet. It dosnt matter how many times i whipe or clean it in the shower. This gooey clear stuff comes out too, but sometimes its white. Its been going on for about 4 years now, it started around the time my first period happened. Please help me. I hope im asking the right people! Haha.
