Hi, I Have An Active One Year Old. Today He

Hi, i have an active one year old. Today he hit his head but it wasn't a hard hit. He cried a little so i was checking his head i noticed a small dent on the back of his head. Kindly note that he was playing and eating fine. No vomiting, no dizziness and no fainting. Is it something that I should worry about?
