Hi I Have Been Diagnosed With Spinal Degeneration In Lower

Hi i have been diagnosed with spinal degeneration in lower spine and have a 10cm fibroid. I had blood tests done as im in so much pain but no energy sleeping loads. I have a kidney infection urine sample test today confirmed blood in urine. Blood test Results were said as Borderline and go back 3 months. What does Borderline mean please.
