Hi I Have Been Dizzy A Lot For About A

Hi i have been dizzy a lot for about a month and yesterday at the pool cant remember about 5 minutes when my son needed my help and i was in the water right beside him. It was like i blacked out or something. I also had to hold a pole when everything starting spinning earlier that day. Please help me I'm scared
