Hi, I Have Been Experiencing Gurgling Sensations Under My Left

Hi, i have been experiencing gurgling sensations under my left breast (right where my heart is).. it is periodic and lasts for about 20 minutes. It almost feels as though blood is not being pumped properly. I have experienced irregular heart palpitations and tachycardia for years but i have no been diagnosed as I have not been tested yet. I have a doctors appointment this thursday morning but I am wondering if i should be worried or go to emergency? is it ok to go for a run this evening as well?
