Hi , I Have Been Experiencing Numbness In My Right

Hi , i have been experiencing numbness in my right lower rib cage for the last month , it happens when i sit, lay, stand and walk. I didnt injue myself, no discoloration on the skin. To make the numbness stop i have to apply pressure or stretch my right arm above my head for a few seconds. Any idea what could be causing this?
