Hi , I Have Been Fatigue Seems Like Most My

Hi , i have been fatigue seems like most my life . Anyways I quite drinking and smoking for three years and recently started back having a few at night on the weekday and weekends . One Saturday I was feeling weak and decided to drink to help relax . I woke up in the middle of the night puking. Then the next morning went to the bathroom to have a bowl movement and pee I was startled to see nothing but blood and noticed some small clotts . Went to the doctor the next day and she said I needed to be checked for bladder cancer . So my next visit is a cystoscopy , so I wonder if they seen something in my urine or blood that give them a red flag? My urine came out negative with no blood in it at the doctors office .im 37 male.
