Hi, I Have Been Feeling Absolutely Terrible For The Past

Hi, i have been feeling absolutely terrible for the past week and a half. Started off constantly sneezing then followed by aches and fatigue. And then feeling so cold all the time. Lost my appetite and feeling aches all over my body. My head is pounding and im experiencing pins and needles in my hands. Do i have the flu or something else?
