Hi, I Have Been Feeling Pressure In My Head That

Hi, i have been feeling pressure in my head that comes on quickly and then stops. its slightly behind the temples above my ears on my head, can be either side. Its like an expanding pressure and then the pressure disperses. it has been happening for the last few months? what could this be and do i need to go to the Doctors?
