Hi, I Have Been Having Anxiety And Head Is Getting

Hi, i have been having anxiety and head is getting heated and unable to sleep properly so doctor suggested me zapiz in the night and rexipra in the morning with reducing dosages for a month.

for first few weeks after using it i felt fine then i stopped using them again iam feeling anxiety and checked with same doctor and he asked me not to discontinue instantly but use it for 1 month and slowly to reduce it.

can you let me know if this combination is safe to use
