Hi, I Have Been Having Bladder Problems. What Concerns Me

Hi, i have been having bladder problems. What concerns me the most is my urine has an odor thats hard to explain..Pressure in my abdomen and pain in my back around the kidney area. The longer my urine is in my bladder the stronger the odor...I am worried about bladder cancer..I do believe that i may have an over active bladder....
