Hi I Have Been Having Chest Pains And Sometimes Its

Hi i have been having chest pains and sometimes its a little hard to breathe. i get i guess you can say dizzy sometimes i see spots but dont black out and yesterday had blood in my stool. i sometimes get a rash out of nowhere and it is feverish and here recently when i turn sometimes i feel like a muscle is being pulled but only until i turn back forward. i do not have insurance so it isnt easy for me to just go to the doctor would like your help thanks
