Hi I Have Been Having Issues With My Stomach For

Hi i have been having issues with my stomach for years now loose bowel movements tummy cramps gastric reflux this morning i went to the toilet and during my bowel movement i got a sharp pain in the anus and niw it is really sore .my bowel movement is always loose and it smells awful this has been constant for years now and then it is even green in colour i also get sudden bowel movements at odd times i visit the toilet at least 4or 5 times a day.i am diabetic just so you know
