Hi, I Have Been Having Lower Abdominal Pains For Almost

Hi, i have been having lower abdominal pains for almost two years now, with sypmtoms worsening, my symptoms are, lower back pain (aching all the time, worse pain comes and goes and is stabbing) same for lower abdomen more left side but still both sides, pelvic pain, pain in hips all same types of pains. Also irregular and heavy prolonged bleeding (very few breaks from bleeding even whilst on injection and even on pill(microgynon) ) mild to severe headaches, loss of appetite, pain during and after intercourse and bleeding, feeling faint, sick, dizzy and weak, stomach ache after eating, increased pulse. I have also suffered 3 miscarriages, after one healthy boy now 3. I have seen doctors and had a laparoscopy (found mild endomertrium in pouch of douglas), been treated for an ectropion, and all bloods for thyroid, hormone levels and full blood count have come back normal, any ideas, they dont seem to be able to help me.
