Hi I Have Been Having Painful Headches Above My Left

Hi i have been having painful headches above my left eye which also makes the teeth on the left sensitive. Yesterday I started experiencing severe cold chills at night and fell slightly nauseous, heavy headedness and today lack of appetite. Went to the ER last week, a CT scan was done and it was nomal. What is going on
