Hi I Have Been Having Petechiae Firstly In My Arms

Hi i have been having petechiae firstly in my arms not hands it is almost a year and i keep getting more now some in my chest and breast area and neck they dont seem to dissapear with pressure i had a cbc and other tests done and they all look with in the normal range my platelets look good and i feel like i have been seeing more of them recently i dont have any medical history or traumas and i dont know what it causes it i dont know if it could be vasiculitis. Mine dont ever go away also mention them to my doctor and said they dont look like cancer and they are nothing to worry about she said laughing ur silly my freckles dont dissapear and they are nothing to worry about i dont want to read anything in the internet anymore i dont want to keep thinking i have leukemea and all these scary deseases !
