Hi I Have Been Having Trouble For The Past Week

Hi i have been having trouble for the past week urinating. My semptoms say i have a kiddney infection. I work in the heat n get dehydrated very easily. My urin is dark yellow almost brown i had blood in it one time. I have been having with a burning sensation also. And 3 days ago i got a rash that is in a cluster of what apears to be pimples. I have one bad cluster then a few small ones around my vagina and anal sphincter. I been having fevers and hot and cold flashes, and i have no appetite. What could this be please someone help me im in so much pain!
