Hi, I Have Been Having White Discharge And Pain At

Hi, i have been having white discharge and pain at the tip of the penis during urination....
I have taken a blood and urine test and the results are negative in HIV serology and immune to hepatitis B virus.
There is no growth in the urine examination
I have completed the full antibiotic course cephalexin capsules 500mg
And still have the same symptoms of discharge and burning
I dont know what to do next and im stressed because the problem is still present
